There is much discussion in our society about what Jesus said or didn't say as well as what He meant by what He said or didn't say. So how do we know who is right? We go straight to the source, HIS WORD! Journey with us in 2023 as we explore what Jesus said on a variety of topics and let's dig in together as we seek to understand, apply and live out all that "JESUS SAID".

Today we start this year long look at what Jesus Said by exploring a question that He asked, "Who do you say that I am?". How you answer this question will dicate the course of your life both now, and for eternity.

Discussion Questions -

1 - Why did you think JESUS asked the disciples who others say HE is before asking them what they themselves say HE is?

2 - Why is who you say JESUS is so important to your everyday life?

3 - How was Peter's confession different from previous confessions of JESUS as "Son of GOD" or "Messiah"? (For example: John 1:41 & 49, Matthew 14:33, John 6:68-69)

4 - Who is the Church built upon, JESUS or Peter? Please explain your answer. 5 - How is the "binding" and "loosing" more about JESUS than about HIS followers?

Please pray for 2023 to be a year where you and others follow JESUS more closely and share HIM more clearly than ever before.
