There is much discussion in our society about what Jesus said or didn't say as well as what He meant by what He said or didn't say. So how do we know who is right? We go straight to the source, HIS WORD! Journey with us in 2023 as we explore what Jesus said on a variety of topics and let's dig in together as we seek to understand, apply and live out all that "JESUS SAID".
When looking at what Jesus Said what better place to start than what He said about Himself? Join with us for 6-weeks as we explore the “I Am” statements of Jesus.
JESUS said, to a sister grieving her brother's death, "I am the resurrection and the life. Do you believe this?" In our world where death is so prevalent, it can be hard to trust JESUS. Join us as we look at this story and find solid reasons to believe JESUS is "the resurrection and the life."

Discussion Questions -
1 - When, in your life, has defeat, disappointment, agony, pain, tragedy, or even death resulted in glory for GOD? Please explain.
2 - What do you learn about JESUS from HIS waiting to go to Bethany? How has GOD shown you that HIS schedule is better than your own?
3 - Often we put our hope in JESUS changing our circumstances or even trusting in the "last day"/Heaven rather than trusting HIM in the middle of our difficulties. How do JESUS' proclamation and statement in verses 25 & 26 call us to deeper trust?
4 - Where and/or with what can you trust (believe) HIM currently? Will you? Who can help you with this? Who can you help?
5 - How was Caiaphas' prophecy both profound and pathetic? What can you learn from his and the other's pridefulness?
Please pray to the GREAT I AM, for wisdom, discernment, compassion and courage to trust and follow HIM no matter what.
