There is much discussion in our society about what Jesus said or didn't say as well as what He meant by what He said or didn't say. So how do we know who is right? We go straight to the source, HIS WORD! Journey with us in 2023 as we explore what Jesus said on a variety of topics and let's dig in together as we seek to understand, apply and live out all that "JESUS SAID".
Now, seemingly more than ever, the definition of love in our society is often changing. So, how do we determine what the definition is, or if a definition even exists? As Christians, we believe that God is love and as such, He alone defines what love is. Since Jesus is God in the flesh, what He says about love and how He models it is our standard. Join with us as we look at what “Jesus Said” about love, how He lived it out and how we are to respond, in our sermon series “You Shall Love”.
Lately, we've been looking at how the only way we can love GOD and others is for JESUS to help us. In this passage we look at how HE promised HIS HOLY SPIRIT to remind us, help us and live in us as HIS followers. HE knows we need HIM and HE promises to make HIS home in our hearts. Be encouraged GOD loves you and even gives us the ability to love HIM back!

1 - Why do we need help in obeying GOD? Why is it hard to ask for and receive help, even from GOD?
2 - How might the titles "HELPER" and "SPIRIT of Truth" help motivate you to trust GOD and obey HIM?
3 - What are some ways the HOLY SPIRIT helps you "remember" JESUS' teaching?
4 - According to JESUS how do we see HE and the FATHER make their home with us?
5 - Of all of the promises JESUS makes in John 14:16-18, 21, 23 & 26-27, is there one that means more to you, if so, why?
Please pray and ask for the HOLY SPIRIT to specifically and practically help you to lovingly obey JESUS
